Payment terms

1. The user confirms the services provided by Homoeomedicos shall start on transaction of charges for services.
2. Homoeomedicos shall be eligible to stop services provided in case of non-payment.
3. Fee, if and when introduced shall be non-refundable. User understands that the website may not be accessible or access may be interrupted due to technical difficulty. Homoeomedicos not responsible for any delay or failure by the user to access the website.

Doctors

1. Homoeomedicos website serves as an online platform between the doctor and the patient. The team won't be responsible for any personal disputes between the doctor and the patient.
2. Concern Doctor is responsible for all the services provided to his/her patients. Company is not responsible for any dereliction of duty of the doctor.
3. The doctor is responsible for all the data collected from his/her patients. He/she should make sure the case record is safe and private.
4. Promotion of your clinic or any other self-promotion is not allowed through the website. The discovery of such selfish practices may result in removal.
5. Homoeomedicos Pharma would directly deliver the medicines. Doctors are not allowed to send them personally to a patient.
6. The website determines the rate of medicines and consultation. It applies to all the members.
7. A doctor should be available all the time. In case of absence, one should inform the team beforehand.
8. If you wish to quit the service, one month notice is to be given
9. All the services you provide will be regularly monitered by the admin panel.
10. The company can take immediate action if found any misconduct from the side of a doctor.
